Introducing “Hello Ara World” on Roblox!

A Roblox Qualitative Environment specifically designed for research. This world offers capabilities that go beyond cool contextual focus group rooms to fully immersive contextual worlds.

For the past 18 months, we've been conducting engaging qualitative research in the Metaverse. Our work spans concept and ad testing, brand positioning, innovation co-creation, and more. The experience has been so rewarding that it hardly feels like work.

Feedback from clients and respondents has been consistently positive. Participants report feeling comfortable being themselves and providing open feedback in the Metaverse environment. There's no need to face strangers directly or feel under pressure, leading to more authentic interactions.

Our efforts in this space have garnered recognition. We received the ESOMAR Best Paper award at the Asia Pacific conference for our AI Beauty Assistant, which we tested in a Metaverse Beauty store.

Given these successes, we're now expanding our Metaverse qualitative research offerings to Roblox, the largest Metaverse platform. This move will allow us to reach even more participants and conduct research in new, innovative ways.

Roblox has over 300 million monthly active users and although 60% of them are under 17yo, that leaves another 40% that now makes up the fastest growing segment on Roblox - Gen Z's and young Millenials. Roblox is also quickly becoming a retail channel.

We recently created Ekasi World which recreates local South African environments like townships and suburbs to make participants feel comfortable and engaged. We are currently running focus groups in this new environment.
