How can a premium brand appeal to 18-24 year olds without losing its aspirational image? How can TikTok be leveraged to accomplish this?

Chatbot in South Africa and Kenya.

We utilized a personalized web-based chatbot named "Kia" to interact with our potential customers through open-ended questions. This helped us gain insight into their preferences and surroundings. A persona incorporates both the chatbot's appearance, tone of voice (in the case of a voice bot), and the conversation itself. We made sure that Kia's personality and appearance were carefully considered to make her appear friendly, approachable, and relatable to people in both Kenya and South Africa. Our objective was to ensure that our respondents provided us with enough detail and completed the conversation. We used realistic avatar stills with a variety of backgrounds, adhering to the latest gaming trends.

TikTok data analysis

We conducted a TikTok data analysis of our favorite influencers using image and audio AI to see and hear things from their perspective. By combining AI and human understanding, qualitative and quantitative research, we delved into their ambitions, goals, hopes, and fears. We discovered a strong correlation between their ambition and how they want brands to assist them in achieving their goals. Our client brand needed to improve its communication to better connect with them.

Our TikTok analysis uncovered clear patterns of content that influencers employ to create content. We also discovered that some brands already have strategies to use these content patterns to maintain consistency in their communication, whereas our client brand was still "finding its TikTok feet." We offered precise, actionable feedback on how to employ various TikTok styles to meet young people's needs from brands.
